First Class

Harmony Yoga Group Class

Welcome to our Harmony Yoga Group Class! We are thrilled to have you join our community of yoga enthusiasts. Our class is designed to cater to all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis.

Class Overview

Our group class focuses on the practice of **Hatha Yoga**, a traditional form of yoga that combines postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The class is structured to help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance, both physically and mentally.

What to Expect

Each session begins with a warm-up sequence to prepare your body for the asanas. We then move into a series of standing, seated, and lying postures, each held for a few breaths. The class concludes with a guided relaxation and meditation session.

Class Schedule

Our group classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in.

What to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

Power Punch Boxing Group Class

Welcome to our Power Punch Boxing Group Class! We are excited to have you join our dynamic and energetic community of boxing enthusiasts. Our class is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced boxers.

Class Overview

Our group class focuses on the practice of **traditional boxing techniques**, combining strength training, cardio workouts, and self-defense skills. The class is structured to help you develop power, agility, and endurance.

What to Expect

Each session begins with a warm-up sequence including jumping rope and stretching to prepare your body for the workout. We then move into a series of boxing drills including bag work, pad work, and shadow boxing. The class concludes with a cool-down session and stretching.

Regular attendance of our boxing group class can help improve your strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and overall fitness. It's also a great way to relieve stress and build confidence.

Class Schedule

Our group classes are held every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to wrap your hands and warm up.

What to Bring

Please bring your own boxing gloves, hand wraps, a towel, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes that allow for easy movement. We look forward to seeing you in our next class

Rhythm & Groove Dance Group Class

Welcome to our Rhythm & Groove Dance Group Class! We are delighted to have you join our vibrant and passionate community of dance enthusiasts. Our class is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers.

Our group class focuses on the practice of contemporary dance, a genre that combines elements of several dance styles including modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet. The class is structured to help you develop rhythm, coordination, and expressiveness through movement.
