community of yoga enthusiasts. Our class is designed to cater to all levels of yoga
practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis.
Class Overview
Our group class focuses on the practice of **Hatha Yoga**, a traditional form of
yoga that combines postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and
meditation. The class is structured to help you develop strength, flexibility, and

What to Expect
Each session begins with a warm-up sequence to prepare your body for the asanas. We
then move into a series of standing, seated, and lying postures, each held for a few
breaths. The class concludes with a guided relaxation and meditation session.

Welcome to our Power Punch Boxing Group Class! We are excited to have you join our
dynamic and energetic community of boxing enthusiasts. Our class is designed for all
levels, from beginners to advanced boxers.
Class Overview
Our group class focuses on the practice of **traditional boxing techniques**,
combining strength training, cardio workouts, and self-defense skills. The class is
structured to help you develop power, agility, and endurance.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a warm-up sequence including jumping rope and stretching to
prepare your body for the workout. We then move into a series of boxing drills
including bag work, pad work, and shadow boxing. The class concludes with a
cool-down session and stretching.

Our group classes are held every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to wrap your hands and warm up.
What to Bring
Please bring your own boxing gloves, hand wraps, a towel, and a water bottle. Wear
comfortable clothing and athletic shoes that allow for easy movement.
