
Harmony Yoga Group Class
Welcome to our Harmony Yoga Group Class! We are thrilled to have you join our community of yoga enthusiasts. Our class is designed to cater to all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis.
Group Fitness Classes are a form of fitness training conducted in a group setting and led by an instructor or a trainer. These classes can be based on cardio, strength, core, or any combination of the three. The leader of the class will guide you, but choosing which class to attend is completely up to you.
Our group class focuses on the practice of **Hatha Yoga**, a traditional form of yoga that combines postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The class is structured to help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance, both physically and mentally.
Each session begins with a warm-up sequence to prepare your body for the asanas. We then move into a series of standing, seated, and lying postures, each held for a few breaths. The class concludes with a guided relaxation and meditation session.
Regular attendance of our yoga group class can help improve your posture, increase flexibility, reduce stress levels, and enhance overall well-being. It's also a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and be part of a supportive community.
Our group classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
